S.T. Range of Sediment Trap
The S.T. RANGE of sediment traps are ideal for capturing large amounts of solids that enter the drains of commercial kitchens. The traps are often installed under food preparation sinks to collect food waste that is washed down the sink.

The traps can be used in conjunction with the Grease Guardian®. The additional trap will capture a greater volume of sediment before the basket inside needs to be emptied. In cases where multi-fixtures are entering the Grease Guardian the additional traps can improve efficiency by capturing most of the sediment before it reaches the Guardian.
