FME-Klaro - ENHANCED EFFLUENT TREATMENT
For enhanced effluent treatment FM Environmental can offer the FME-Klaro wastewater treatment plant. The FME-Klaro is tested to the rigorous demands of the European EN12566-3 standards at the certified testing centre in Aachen, Germany - which is set to become a prerequisite for package sewage treatment systems. The plant is also DiBT approved and carries CE marking. EN testing certification has achieved extremely high effluent results as set out in the PIA Testing Report extracts shown below:-

The FME-Klaro uses SBR treatment principles. All transfer activities in the plant are performed by three air-lift pumps. The compressor unit also provides aeration through a plate diffuser on the bottom of the SBR reactor chamber. All operating components are low maintenance, durable and of quiet operation. The distribution of air in the individual pump processes is controlled by the operations panel which is located in a switch cabinet, usually installed in the plant room/utility area of the house. |
Low maintenance -The compact switch cabinet for system control with air compressor and valve unit is installed in the utility area of the house and requires little maintenance. The LCD display shows the operating hours of the individual devices. Any power failure is indicated with a visual and audible alarm.
Flexible, operation - The SBR wastewater treatment system can be adjusted to changing conditions by altering the cycle times. The system can also be switched to holiday mode. |
