From initial problem assessment through
to final installation, FM Environmental is committed to total customer
satisfaction. Subsequently, the strict procedures of ISO 9002 are
rigidly adhered to, ensuring a uniformly high standard of service
from the simplest to the most complex of installations. However, true
"peace of mind" comes only with the knowledge that a skilled
and ready after-sales service team is on hand, should a problem suddenly
arise. The FM Environmental Service Department provides this security.
Preventative
Maintenance Programmes (PMPs) are available ensuring periodic, professional
servicing of pumps and plant. The old adage "prevention is
better than cure" drives the Company's service philosophy and
is the back-bone of its Total Customer Support Programme.
